How this site works
This site uses first-party analytics unless your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. The private analytics file records the UTC time, page and landing page, a random tab-session ID, traffic source and campaign tags, a broad device category, active page time, external link destination and label, and clicks on the contact email link. The tab-session ID is held in session storage and normally ends when the tab closes. The site does not store IP addresses, raw browser strings, full referrer URLs, full query strings, email addresses, or message contents in its analytics file. Older aggregate contact-form event counts from a previous version may remain in the existing analytics log.
To contact the author, use the email link on the contact page. It opens a draft addressed to [email protected] in your email app. The website does not receive, send, or store the message; it is sent only when you choose Send. Your email provider may process or retain it under its own policies. Please include only information needed to respond.
Server access logs
The hosting provider or web server may keep separate standard access logs, which can include a requested page, time, and basic browser or network information. Collection and retention depend on the hosting environment.
Future services
If the site adds third-party analytics, mailing list services, embedded content, or storefronts, this notice will be updated to describe those services and their data practices.
